Popular dancehall artiste, Ebony Reigns, has died in a gruesome road accident that occurred late Thursday evening on the Sunyani-Kumasi road.

Ebony and three people were on board a Jeep with registration AS 497—16 from Sunyani heading towards Kumasi when it collided head-on with a VIP bus heading towards Sunyani from Kumasi.

Ebony who was returning from Sunyani after a visit was involved in a car accident and died at the Bechem Government Hospital.
Ebony was returning to Accra to make preparations for a trip to America.
Attempts to reach her management have proven futile.
Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng is Ebony’s real name. She was born on February 16, 1997. Ebony is a Ghanaiandancehall/Afrobeats artist widely known for her hit songs "Poison" and "Kupe", she was discovered by Bullet, a member of Ruff n Smooth fame.
