- The Transport Manager at Zylofon Media, Eric Amponsah, has been relieved of his duties
- According to sources, it was because he was the brain behind the decision to retrieve a vehicle from Stonebwoy
- The move, sources say, is the first step in a bid to restructure the company
Ghanaian entertainment company, Zylofon Media, has relieved its Transport Manager, Eric Amponsah, of his duties with immediate effect.
Information available to YEN.com.gh indicates that the action was taken due to his role in an incident that occurred at Champs Bar, inside Paloma Hotel, on Saturday, March 10, 2018.
It has been alleged that Amponsah was the brain behind the decision to retrieve a vehicle from dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy, at the bar.

According to entertainmentgh.com, the company revealed that Amponsah supervised the attempt to take hold of the vehicle, during Kelvyn Boy’s Afrobeat programme.
It has been further disclosed that investigations have been launched into the matter, in a bid to determine the exact cause of the incident.
Though Lawrence Nana Asiamah, also known as Bulldog, had been earlier identified as the ringleader of the group that stormed the bar, YEN.com.gh understands that he was acting on Amponsah’s orders.
His dismissal, it is said, could be the beginning of a major shakeup designed to strengthen the structures of the company.
Meanwhile, the Chief Executive Officer of Zylofon Media, Nana Appiah Mensah, has asked fans of Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale and his company to stay calm as they resolve issues that may have resulted in the scuffle.
