Dumsor is due to heavy indebtedness - Kwesi Pratt
The Managing Editor of the Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr insists the real cause of the recent power crisis is 'money'.
According to him, if that debt is not cleared, the dumsor would continue no matter the government in power.
Contributing to a panel discussion on Peace FM's morning show 'Kokrokoo', Kwesi Pratt asked the ruling government to be truthful to Ghanaians and accept the fact that the energy sector is highly-indebted.

"They should stop giving us excuses. The reality is that the power outages are affecting businesses. It is not due to generation capacity; it is due to heavy indebtedness. There is no money to pay for gas and so on," he said.
