Dancehall sensation Shatta Wale has turned to the Bible after the VGMA fracas.
Shatta Wale has quoted a verse from the Bible following his ban and fight with his sworn rival, Stonebwoy.
YEN.com.gh has sighted a post made by Shatta Wale in which he went biblical.
In the post on Instagram, the controversial singer quoted Psalm 35.
In referring to the Bible, it read, “Plead my cause, O LORD, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me.”
Shatta Wale’s latest post appears to be a subtle jab at the organisers of the Ghana Music Awards, Charterhouse and Stonebwoy.
As expected, the Ayoo hitmaker's fans offered their support to him.
@endlesschairman: “Psalm 35 vrs 8 be your only Guide...Protection you get am,Favor you get am,Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding you get am..The material things dem dey pree you get am.”
@paedae_de_deezy: “I think it's time we all for appreciate Shatta wale...Dude has been entertaining us and making us laght at the same time.”

Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy are currently serving an indefinite ban after they marred the awards ceremony on May 18, 2019.
It all started when Stonebwoy was named as the Dancehall Artiste of the Year and Shatta Wale and his team rushed onto the stage uninvited. They later claimed they had gone congratulate Stonebwoy.
However, Stonebwoy’s camp felt the move was an attack, forcing the Baafira crooner to pull out a gun.
