Top Ghanaian celebrities whose parents are pastors

Being a celebrity in Ghana comes with a lot of responsibilities as one's private life seizes to become private.

Whether in music or acting, celebrities often do engage in actions that are sometimes perceived as not Godly.

There are some Ghanaian celebrities who sing circular music and act circular movies but were brought up in Christian homes.

1. Deborah Vanessah

Deborah Vanessah Owusu-Bonsu is a Ghanaian singer and socialite who has thrilled Ghanaians to a couple of hit songs over the years.

Known in showbiz as Sister Derby, Deborah Vanessah is often seen revealing cleavages in videos and photos.

Her father Rev. James Owusu-Bonsu is the founder and head pastor of Awesome Grace Network, a charismatic church with few branches in Ghana.

2. M.anifest

Real name Kwame Ametepe Tsikata, M.anifest is one of Ghana's top rappers currently as he has made a mark in the industry.

M.anifest appears as one respectful rapper who do not sing profane songs or make negative headlines in the media.

As widely known, the father of M.anifest of popular politician and lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata of the NDC.

However, a lot of music lovers do not know that Manifest's mother is a renowned lady preacher over the years.

His mother Rev. Priscilla Naana Nketia is a pastor as the Gbawe branch of the International Central Gospel Church.

3. Wanlov Da Kuborlor

Wanlov Da Kubolor, real name Emmanuel Owusu-Bonsu, is a Ghanaian musician, film director and cultural icon.

Over the years, Kuborlor has thrilled Ghanaians to rather hilarious music which often get Ghanaians talking.

4. Lydia Forson

Many however do not know that Lydia Forson's father is a renowned preacher man as he has been a pastor for so many years.

Her father Very. Rev. Dr. Mathias Forson is a pastor with the Methodist Church Ghana as he has being made head pastor for several branches in his career.
