Former gender minister Rachel Appoh sues Afia Schwar over Elikem’s brouhaha

Embattled former gender minister Rachel Appoh has dragged her former friend turned enemy Afia Schwar to court.
Appoh is suing Schwar over some defamatory remarks made about her that the slept with actor Elikem Kumordzie.
The two have engaged in a banter on social media, with Afia leaking chats and audios of Appoh’s affair.

But now, the former minster believes she needs to continue the fight in court.
In a report seen by YEN.com.gh on Ghanacelebrities.com, the writ of summons would be served to Afia Schwar on Monday, June 17, 2019.
Appoh is reportedly suing Afia on three counts of defamation, assassination of character and spreading malicious falsehood, according to the report.

Meanwhile, in an earlier report by YEN.com.gh, Afia leaked a supposed chat she had with Appoh detailing how she trapped Elikem with a gift to sleep with him.
Afia further alleged that Appoh had a one-night stand with Elikem after which she was dumped to make way for another Zimbabwean sugar mummy of Elikem.
Appoh had decried the allegations and said Afia had been paid $500 by her enemies to attack her.

Also, Afia Schwar has mostly been in the news for similar cases of befriending people and later betraying them like she did to Mzbel.
She herself has been in the news for revealing that she slept with a Peace FM presenter but left him because be performed poorly in bed.
