- Nana Ama McBrown appears to have secured a new media job
- The actress and brand ambassador, according to rumours, is joining UTV
- It is unclear at the moment the exact role she is taking at the popular Akan-speaking TV station
- However, it is said to be “something big” as UTV itself revealed on social media
Barring any last minute hitches, Nana Ama McBrown would join UTV as one of its workers.
The talented actress is set to take the media by storm with her new contract with the popular TV station.
This was gathered by YEN.com.gh in a post made by the television station on their Facebook page.
The post had the actress’ picture boldly displayed with the caption: “#Anticipate: Something BIG is coming! Guess what ? @iamamamcbrown”
Though YEN.com.gh cannot say for now what exactly McBrown’s new role is about, sources at the station say it is indeed something to look forward to.
It must be noted also, that she already hosts her own show, McBrown’s Kitchen, on UTV.
Her new assignment comes days after Berla Mundi had left GHOne TV for TV3.
Berla had worked with GHOne for five years, and in her letter to Bola Ray, she said it was time for her to move on, after thanking him for the opportunity.
Meanwhile, Nana Ama McBrown has been in the news recently following some revelations she made about her life.
The actress said she had never had an abortion, however, for 22 years, she had been struggling to get pregnant to carry her own child.
God being so good, the actress gave birth to her first child, a girl, in March 2019 with her husband Maxwell Mensah.
Her joining UTV brings more money to her table as she is already serving as ambassadors for many brands including Roma Insecticide Spray and Mosquito Coil.
