Not pleased with the court's decision, Horizon Royal appealed at the Supreme Court in Dubai for an overturn of the earlier decision.

But in a post on his social media handles, NAM1 indicated that the case has been finalised and the court rule in his favour.

According to NAM1, Horizon Royal's petition to the court to review the earlier decision in favour of Menzgold has now been quashed.

Sharing the news, NAM1 ended with a hashtag which suggested that the road was clear now for the payment of depositors' money.

“Horizon Royal Diamond DMCC’s Supreme Court review of the Menzgold acquittal and discharge, by the Dubai first instance and Appeals Court has been thrown out today by the Dubai Supreme Court. WE BLESS GOD?. #RoadClearNow #Good2Great #Water2Wine#GhanaShallProsper?”, he wrote.
