He began his education in Nana Kwaku Boateng Experimental School located in Koforidua. He qualified to join the next level of education where he enrolled in Ghana National College, Cape Coast. Abeiku Santana daughter dies
Abeiku was at the centre of public scrutiny after the demise of his daughter. The celebrated media personality was accused of having something to do with the death of his four-year-old daughter – Nana Aba Aggrey. He said that Nana lost her life while undergoing treatment at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra.
Rumours had it that the celebrated TV and radio presenter used his daughter for money rituals. Abeiku termed this claim as untrue and accused perpetrators of such ideas as people out to tarnish his hard-earned reputation.
He put matters to perspective by informing the masses that his daughter painfully lost her life in June while undergoing treatment. He also warned all those fabricating stories and spreading rumours about the sensitive issue that soon enough, the law will catch up with them.
Wife
Abeiku Santana and wife, Maggie – his first wife, divorced thus prompting the handsome, well-built journalist to look for another wife. So, who is the lucky Abeiku Santana wife? Santana is currently married to Genevieve.
The two tied knots in a colourful wedding ceremony held in 2013. The internet was awash with Abeiku Santana wedding pictures. Everyone had something to say about the wedding. The event was graced by Ghanaian celebrities from diverse career backgrounds. The highlight of the wedding though were two; the bride and the vows.
In his own special words, Abeiku told his newly found lover,
“Gene is a gift from God and we being together again is by the divine grace of God. I have known Gene in Kumasi since 2001 before coming to Accra where I met and married Maggie, my ex. As God’s ways are not our ways and luck being on my side, Gene was still single so I took that bold step, proposed and she accepted. Will always love her and only her.”
