Ayawaso MP Lydia Alhassan drops adorable photos of late husband as she celebrates his birthday

The Member of Parliament of Ayawaso West Wuogon, Lydia Seyram Alhassan, has shared lovely photos of her late husband, Emmanuel Kwabena Kyeremanteng Agyarko, to mark his birthday.

Agyarko, until his demise on November 21, 2018 in the United States of America (USA), was the Member of Parliament for the constituency which his widow currently represents in Parliament.

The late New Patriotic Party (NPP) legislator, during his lifetime, also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA).

Remembering his birthday, Alhassan shared adorable photos of the late lawmaker and Ghanaians joined in to wish him a peaceful rest:

Aninagyei prayed that God will should always be with her.

Coffie prayed that his soul should rest in peace.

Busumbru called for God's strength for her as she carries on with his work.

Luriwe stated that Agyarko was a fine gentleman.

Djordjorme prayed that God keeps her safe.

Tuwmasi called for God's guidance and protection for her.

In other news, former president John Agyekum Kufuor, was on Friday, December 6, 2019, awarded the best farmer award in the Atwima Nwabiagya district of the Ashanti region.

The 81-year-old former leader is a native of Dabaa, which is in the Atwima Nwabiagya North district of the Ashanti Region.

From January 7, 2001, till January 7, 2009, he served as president of Ghana and also as the chairman of the African Union from 2007 to 2008.

YEN.com.gh has learned that he owns the JAK Farms, which consists of a 200-acre cocoa farm, 300 sheep, 100 cattle, as well as other crops and animals.

Per a report by dailymail.com.gh, he was adjudged as the winner after an inspection by the district directorate of the ministry of food and agriculture.

The former president was therefore presented with various farming tools such as a tricycle and fertilizers as well as a citation.
