It is an open secret that when businesses are closed down by governments and authorities, the employees get hit hard but usually, the owners themselves live well thereafter.
This appears to be the case for the founder of the Ghanaian financial institution, UT Bank, which was closed down during the banking crisis in Ghana.
In a video that has surfaced on social media, Kofi Amoabeng was spotted dancing wildly when he took a short break from playing golf.

The Ghanaian businessman and former military officer of the Ghanaian Armed Forces was alleged to have misappropriated funds from the bank.
Amoabeng was reportedly standing trial for allegedly stealing about GH¢100 million from customers of the defunct UT Bank.
He was said to have invited people to invest with the bank, but failed to credit the investors’ accounts and rather transferred the money to UT Holdings, the parent company of the defunct bank.
