Artiste manager Nana Asiamah Hanson, popularly known as Bulldog, has recounted how four gun-wielding men from the National Intelligence Bureau (NIB) arrested him on January 11.
The CEO of Bullhaus Entertainment disclosed that he was pounced on by four men in bulletproof vests with guns at his residence after he made an appearance on the Best Entertainment Show on Okay FM.
''I had finished a radio program, Best Entertainment Show on Okay FM as a discussant and proceeded to Adabraka afterward. I arrived at my journey’s end at a quarter to thirteen hundred hours.
With my engine still on, I held out a little longer in the car attending to a client on the phone,'' he narrated.
Bulldog continued: ''I alighted after the call and engaged Joshua, my assistant in a conversation, just under two minutes we were pounced on by four strapping men in bulletproof vests menacingly brandishing guns, as they bawl and bluster in demand of our phones.''
According to the outspoken artiste manager, the four men with AK47 assault rifles cracked open his main gate to his premises before whisking him away.
They ushered him into a vehicle after the raid as they besieged the anterior of his premises to exit, he recounted.
Bulldog said he fell into a light trance and got to know the men were NIB operatives after he queried about their identity.
''For a moment I fell into a light trance and it seemed we were on a set of an action film ... I queried what they were after, [but] I got a question for an answer.''
''Do you own a weapon? I will be amazed if someone like you doesn’t have one,'' one of the NIB men babbled out and he impressed on the importance of the query.
Bulldog recounted that while responding to his query with a question, ''professionalism gave in to overzealousness'' as a member of the NIB pulled out his ''phone as if was receiving a call and stole a shot of me in handcuffs''.
