Breaking: Koku Anyidoho suspended by the NDC

Information reaching YEN.com.gh indicates the former general secretary of the National Democratic Congress, NDC, has been suspended from the party.
In a statement sighted by YEN.com.gh, Koku Anyidoho is said to have breached the party's disciplinary code as contained in its constitution.
His suspension comes after two registered members of the party filed a petition against him over his conduct.
The petitioners were Mobarak Abdul Karim, the Oti regional communication officer and Eric Adjei, the Bono regional deputy communication officer.
Th decision to suspend him is in line with Article 46(1), 46(6) and 46(8)(b) of the National Democratic Congress' constitution.
The statement also mentioned that he has been suspended pending the hearing and final determination on the petition filed against his conduct.
Koku Anyidoho, in an earlier report by YEN.com.gh said President Nana Akufo-Addo has “a legitimate mandate” from the majority of Ghanaians in the December 2020 presidential elections.
The founder of the Atta Mills Institute expressed hope that the president will do all he can to build a better Ghana and “leave lasting legacies.”
Anyidoho who earlier questioned the strength of Mahama's case in the ongoing election petition trial, further tweeted: “For goodness sake: With no concrete evidence to back any case, Let's stop tickling ourselves and farting in public because the fart stinks badly!!! Fuuun fuuuuun!!”
In other news, Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe says the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) is replete with “bootlickers and rascals.”
Speaking on Tuesday, February 9, 2021, on Accra-based Starr FM monitored by YEN.com.gh, he said: “A party that was founded by disciplined people is now in the hands of bootlickers and rascals.”
