News reaching YEN.com.gh indicates that the fetish priestess accused of sending the Kasoa teenage killers is a nursing mother.

According to the information, when the police stormed her house, she was nursing a two-month-old baby.

In a story monitored by YEN.com.gh on Adom FM, when the police arrived in her house on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, her husband managed to escape with the baby.

However, the police failed to arrest her as she is nursing a baby, but she was interrogated.

Per the Adom FM report, the fetish priestess had her shrine in Amanase on the Nsawam-Suhum road.

Other facts about the fetish priestess are not known as the police are yet to release full information about her.

Meanwhile, a resident of Kasoa where there has been an alleged ritual murder of a 10-year-old boy by name Ishmael has recounted how her son escaped the death.

According to Madam Tawiah, Nicholas, one of the teenagers involved in the alleged ritual killing first came to her house to ask her last born son to run an errand for him.

Madam Tawiah went on to recount that her son refused to run the errand and it got Nicholas to move away to the next house where they chanced on Ishmael and killed him instead.

In recounting the bizarre incident, Madam Tawiah indicated that Nicholas wanted her son to buy him water but later moved away after the little boy refused to go.

Madam Tawiah said she was shocked by the incident because Ishmael's mother sometimes fed Nicholas and even used to give him money to take to school.

She thanked God for saving her son but commiserated with Ishmael's family by saying the whole community was with them in prayers.

Madam Tawiah then called on President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to pass a directive to have all TV programmes advertising mallams to be taken off the screens.
