Ghanaian songstress, Evangelist Diana Asamoah, has recently weighed in on the murder of a 10-year-old boy by name Ishmael by two teenagers called Nicholas and Felix in Kasoa.
While speaking in a radio interview on Rainbow Radio, Evangelist Diana Asamoah lamented over the issue and said she was finding the issue hard to believe.
She added that she was not in support of the TV stations that advertised money doubling schemes and ritualists that promised to give wealth in exchange for something.
According to her, all of such schemes were scams and advised parents to be very cautious of what they allowed their children to watch.
She added that if the murder went unnoticed, the young murderers would be seen driving in luxurious cars and it would spark a reaction that would get others doing same.
Evangelist Diana Asamoah said not all that glittered was gold and that wealth was good but the process of wealth acquisition was what people had to be careful of.
She said all of such mallams advertising on TV had should be arrested so as to protect the youth and also sanitise the airwaves.
Evangelist Diana Asamoah’s comments follow the gruesome murder of a 10-year-old boy in Kasoa by 2 teenagers, Nicholas and Felix under the pretext of taking him to a mallam who promised to make them wealthy.
The duo was unsuccessful and has been apprehended and handed over to the police who are still carrying out investigations into the matter.
Still on news about the evangelist, YEN.com.gh earlier reported that music producer of Frimprince Music, Mr Anane Frimpong, has finally spoken about rumors surrounding his relationship with Evangelist Diana Asamoah.
While speaking in a special interview with disc jockey DJ Master P, Mr. Anane Frimpong indicated that there was no truth in the rumors that he was dating the Pentecost Sore Ndwom hitmaker.
Mr. Anane Frimpong recounted that he had known the evangelist for many years and that they even live together in Accra and are almost always seen together but there was no relationship between them apart from the producer-artiste relationship.
