Akuapem Poloo: DKB Visits Actress In Police Cells; Shares Sad Video

Comedian DKB, known in private life as Derrick Kwabena Bonney, has visited actress Akuapem Poloo in cells.

Poloo, known in private life as Rosemond Brown, has been in police custody since Wednesday, April 14, 2021.

The actress was detained after an Accra Circuit Court convicted her over charges brought against her following her viral photo with her son in June 2020.

Poloo is in custody to undergo a pregnancy test while awaiting the judge, Christiana Cann's, sentencing on Friday, April 16.

DKB who happens to have a good relationship with Poloo decided to go and see her today and has shared some details.

In a video he posted on social media, DKB indicated that the actress was looking okay physically but was not herself.

According to the comedian, Poloo looked traumatised when he met her and she was worried about her son and mother.

Looking at Poloo's condition, DKB went on to plead with Justice Caan to temper justice with mercy and give the actress a milder sentence.

Meanwhile, Akuapem Poloo has got her mother wailing on live radio because of her court case.

The mother has cried and begged the judge handling her daughter's case to have mercy, forgive her daughter and let her go free.

According to the pained mother, she has a stomach ulcer, however, she has not been able to taste any food since this issue started.
