The judge reportedly complained about the aggravation of the matter when Akuapem Poloo earlier pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against her.

She was convicted for going nude before her son on his birthday and sharing the photos on social media.

When she shared those photos, many people criticised her and warned her to take down those photos.

However, she hit back hard at her critics, saying that it is her page, it is her body, and so she can post whatever she wants.

Her 90-day sentence means that the many calls by her colleague entertainers to have her released fell on the deaf ears of the judge.

The likes of Sarkodie, APlus, Efya, Bridget Otoo, Kwaw Kese, Nana Ama McBrown, others, all started a social media campaign for the judge's kind attention.

The saddest of all is the cries of Rosemond Brown's mother who begged the judge to have mercy and forgive her daughter.
