In other news about Dumelo, the actor says he feels vindicated after actress Akuapem Poloo, born Rosemond Brown, was granted bail on Wednesday, April 21.
Dumelo faced serious backlash after he suggested on Twitter that Poloo's lawyer could fight for bail whilst working on her appeal.
Moments after the actress was granted bail, Dumelo shared a video of himself explaining why he took the stance he had when the actress was convicted.
"I am happy that today the court has granted her bail. I just hope and pray that court would temper justice with mercy," said Dumelo.
The actress is out on bail to the sum of GHc80,000 with two sureties.
She has also been ordered to report to the police every two weeks, and also hand over her passport at the High Court registry.
YEN.com.gh previously reported Akuapem Poloo was sentenced after pleading guilty to the charges of publication of obscene materials and engaging in domestic violence.
