- She said some of the inmates came to her cell to encourage her and wish her well
- Not long ago, she was seen eating a huge bowl of fufu and claimed she could not eat when she was incarcerated
Ghanaian actress, Akuapem Poloo, known in real life as Rosemond Alade Brown has mustered the courage to speak about her experience while a Nsawam Prison.
While speaking in a self-recorded video on social media and sighted by YEN.com.gh, Akuapem Poloo was seen seated in what looked like a living room.
She indicated that while at Nsawam Prison, some of the inmates came to stand by her window when they heard that she had been brought there.
According to her, the inmates kept her faith alive and assured her that she was going to leave the place very soon.
The outspoken actress even added that some of the friendly inmates she met in the prison said she did not deserve to be thrown in jail.
Akuapem Poloo said she managed to win the hearts of her fellow inmates and it really touched her heart that she had made an impact even in prison.
While reminiscing and recounting her prison experience which had been cut short over her successful bail application, Poloo broke down in tears and covered her face.
Many of her fans and followers were seen busily reacting to the live video which saw the actress sharing her jail experience with them.
YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Akuapem Poloo had been spotted in a video enjoying a local dish of fufu with light soup.
The actress who was seen seated in what looked like an eatery indicated that she had not been able to eat well at all due to her court case.

She however indicated that following her bail and subsequent release from Nsawam Prison pending an appeal, she can now enjoy a bowl of fufu - her favorite meal.
Akuapem Poloo, who looked so excited and getting back to her usual bubbly self, was seen enjoying her fufu which was covered with snails and meat.
