On April 23, 2021, YEN.com reported that Tog was interviewed on Black Entertainment Television (BET.)

During the BET interview, Tog spoke about topics including how he started his music, his inspirations, and his dream collaborations.

It was part of the opportunities granted him as the Amplified Artist of the Month by the American cable television channel. This means more international exposure for the poster child for Asakaa, born Thorsten Owusu Gyimah.

He was introduced to the audience of platforms owned by the media company including BET Jams, BET Her, BET Soul, and BET International Channels in Africa, the UK, France, and South Korea.

Tog is known for his song, Sore, which was released in September 2020. The remix of the song which featured Stormzy and Kwesi Arthur was released early this year.

In March 2021, he released his debut EP titled, Time. “I’m very much an Asakaa boy, but I wanted people to know I can do every type of music, from drill to hip-hop and Afrobeats,” Tog stated in a recent interview with DJ Mag.
