The National Security operatives besieged Citi FM/Citi TV premises on Tuesday, May 11, in an attempt to arrest Zoe Abu-Baidoo, but the management of the Ghanaian media house prevented the operatives from detaining Zoe and went along with her to the National Security Ministry where she was interrogated.

Narrating her side of the incident on The Point of View on Citi TV hosted by Bernard Avle, Abu-Baidoo revealed that the National Security operatives deceived her into thinking that she was chatting with her colleague Caleb Kudah, who they had detained and forcefully seized his mobile phone to communicate with her.
