An American Ghanaian author, Isaac Addae, has notched another academic milestone as he earns a PhD in Business Administration and Management from Morgan State University.
Addae has recounted his journey to attaining the feat in a recent post on LinkedIn.
The author of Black Boy Fly, a book he is set t release in the Summer this year, disclosed it seemed impossible when he first began the journey to acquiring a PhD in 2010 but God made it possible.
''Gye Nyame. Through God, anything is possible. It sounds cliche, but it’s the truth. I started my PhD Journey in August 2010. Yesterday, I successfully defended my dissertation. So much happened along the way, and I’m thankful for every experience,'' he said.
He added: ''They say it takes a village to raise a child. Well, it takes an army to finish a PhD. My village became my army and helped me through this process.''
Addae acknowledged the contributions of his ancestors, family, friends, associates, classmates, students, former engineering colleagues toward his achievement.

This is part of the Group's corporate social responsibility aimed at improving its consumer connection and supporting socially relevant causes.
The sponsorship package from KGL Group forms part of a larger effort led by the government geared towards raising over $25 million in financial support across the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Ghana Football Association(GFA), and corporate bodies, towards sports development.
