Graduates in a university have appreciated one of their lecturers in a surprising way.
The fresh graduates from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) stunned the academic as they joyously mobbed him.
In the video shared by @instablog9ja on Instagram, some natively dressed fellows sang, while others danced with the academic identified as Prof A.M . Etse.
A particular student then went on to rain cash on the professor amid cheers from the students.
The overwhelmed lecturer received the surprise with smiles as he gesticulated as if trying to calm them down.

Social media users thought the lecturer must have been kind to have received such a gesture from his students.

Lecturer shares boiled corns to students during class
Previously, another lecturer had distributed corns to his students during class.
His deed was well received as the students excitedly collected the boiled corns which came in yellow nylon. A student was observed in the video helping the kind-hearted lecturer in the distribution process.
The lecturer's act was greeted with a wave of mixed thoughts. There were those who argued that his gesture wasn't all that pure and may have some voodoo implications. Others thought the man's deed was worthy of commendation.
