Kanye West Responds to Diss From Drake by Calling Him Joker: “I Live for This”

Legendary rapper Kanye West appears very ready for a squabble with Drake and is not keeping quiet after the latter re-ignited their long-running beef.

Drake and Kanye are huge arch-enemies and have always used music to get the best out of each other, but this time it's a bit different.

Kanye appears to have responded to a diss from Drake through his social media account, where he posted a message including a picture of the joker to get back at Drake.

Drake song diss

Earlier, Drake dropped a new song dubbed Betrayal, featuring Trippie Redd, where he appeared to take a jibe at Kanye and confirming that the two are still beefing, According to TMZ.

In the song, Drake called Kanye "burnt out" while noting the beef was irrelevant to him and adding the father of four's age to his message.

In his line, Drake raps:

"All these fools I'm beefin' that I barely know; 45,44 (barned out) let it go; Ye ain't changing sh** for me, it's set in stone."

The God's Plan rapper naming Kanye in his verse (Ye) and his age 44, was clear whose message it was.

Kanye's response

In the aforementioned online reply by Kanye, he shared a screenshot showing a group chat that also included rapper Pusha T, who is known to also have beef with Drake.

Kanye shared the image of Joaquin Phoenix's Joker followed with the message:

"I live for this. I have been f****d with my nerd a** jock ni*** like you my whole life. You will never recover. I promise you."

It is not clear, however, why the two have ignited the beef, but many fans believed it all has something to do with their album releases.

Kanye has been delaying his Donda album release for the longest time, and some believe he decided to wait for Drake to release his, Certified Lover Boy, which is to drop in just weeks.

For hip hop heads, remember what Kanye did to 50 Cent back in 2007? He might be playing the same card again.

Earlier, it was reported that Kanye is taking his Donda listening party to his hometown of Chicago, US.

The rapper has hosted two album listening sessions in Atlanta, but it is still not clear when he will drop the highly-anticipated project for the whole world.
