Countless people have gathered in Atwima Koforidua following the death of Elvis Frimpong, aka Osanju.

Osanju's sudden demise, reported on September 1, 2025, has plunged many content creators, including his online girlfriend Lizzy, into a state of gloom.

Osanju and Lizzy, the sister of content creator Ama Yeboah, captivated many with their heartwarming couple content.

In one of their videos, Osanju was seen at Lizzy's shop with a portrait of them. Osanju noted that he wanted to keep the portrait of them in his room to ward off other women.

Lizzy reposted the footage on TikTok on September 1, 2025, confirming Osanju's sudden demise.

She also shared a photo of them at a restaurant in Kumasi, saying, "Owuo adi me awu" - an Akan phrase which translates into 'death has killed me.'

Lizzy was among several content creators, including Ama Yeboah and Oheneba Jude, who have already been spotted at Osanju's family house following his passing.

In a video shared by CountrySideGH, Lizzy was seen overwhelmed by tears over Osanju's loss.

What happened to Osanju?

Osanju's cause of death is yet to be determined. Friends and family who saw him a day before his demise claim he was fit and showed no signs of infirmity.

A video he posted the night before his death showed him expressing anger over his strong disappointment over Barcelona's match with Rayo Vallecano, which ended in a draw.

That notwithstanding, the viral TikToker was a leukaemia (blood cancer) patient.

He first went public with his chronic health battle with blood cancer on national television when Nana Ama McBrown invited him to her show on Onua TV.
