Appiah Stadium left the National Chief Imam smiling as he extracted blessings from the aged Islamic cleric.

In a video seen by YEN.com.gh on the TikTok page of the controversial political commentator, he approached the Chief Imam as he sat in a car.

Appiah Stadium greeted him and then showered blessings on himself as they shook hands.

"God bless you, this is Appiah Stadium, Mahama's son. As I've greeted you, any sickness on me would leave. Any impending death aimed at me would go away. I've greeted Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharubutum, the greatest living African. May God grant you 50 more years of life," he said.

In a video seen by YEN.com.gh, Appiah Stadium stormed the swearing-in ceremony of Ghana's new ambassador to the United States, Victor Emmanuel Smith, on Thursday, September 4, 2025.

President John Dramani Mahama swore in the new envoys in the presence of other prominent Ghanaians, including the Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah, Foreign Affairs Minister, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, James Gyakye Quayson (MP), Special aide to the president, Joyce Bawah Mogtari and the National Chief Imam.

Following the ceremony, Appiah Stadium joined Victor Smith as he spent some time with his family and friends in celebrating his new appointment.

He caused a stir at the event as he compared Victor Emmanuel Smith to the American President Donald Trump, claiming that he bore some resemblance to the American president.
