"I know perfectly that Ghanaians pretend that I don’t exist as a female musician in Ghana. I have known this since I released Jeje. From then on, I knew that I would never be a favourite or among the best. Since then, I knew some people didn’t like me. I knew I was never going to be a favourite."
"I have done a lot of hard work, but I don’t get the recognition. I have invested most of my savings in my music career."
"If I had saved that money, I would have been wealthy by now. But it’s painful because you are always investing in your craft, and sometimes you would spend your last cedis in the music video because you don’t know which one would give you the recognition that you are craving for all these years."

"Always, a lot of people tell me that because you came from abroad, that is why. Ghanaians want musicians who came from slums, and nobody knew that, but now they are stars, but when it comes to me, they always say that I am rich and I came from abroad, so why am I in Ghana to do music? For now, most importantly, I have the right team in my camp now so I believe 2025 is the year that my star will shine."
