In an exclusive interview with YEN.com.gh, Akosua Adjei, an event planner, commented on Maame Gold's dad's funeral.

"When I received your interview question, I researched about Maame Gold and I watched her interview with Delay. I must say, I was impressed with the decor for her father's funeral and Thanksgiving service.
She is from a wealthy family, and her dad, as she said, was a great person, and she had to honour him. What is the use of money if you are not spending it? Kudos to the lucky event planners and other vendors who were contacted to work on this viral event. Everything was on point."
