Porsha Williams has walked away from her marriage to Simon Guobadia with a seven-figure settlement that includes their former Atlanta home, over $1.5 million in equity reimbursement, and a luxury vehicle.

Court documents obtained by TMZ stated the full scope of the agreement, showing Simon transferred his share of the Atlanta mansion to Porsha through a quitclaim deed.

What Porsha Williams receives in the settlement

Under the terms they both confirmed, he acknowledged she is entitled to $1,568,181.63 drawn from his portion of the property's equity.

Beyond the property, Simon agreed to sign over the title of a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost to the *Real Housewives of Atlanta* star.

The settlement also grants Porsha the freedom to refinance or sell the home entirely on her own terms, with no requirement for Simon or an arbitrator to be involved in the process.

Both parties confirmed the terms under oath during an August 5 court hearing, telling the judge that all outstanding issues between them had been resolved. Porsha's filing also noted that Simon had already consented to the order before it was formally presented to the court.

Porsha William and Simon's brief marriage

The couple tied the knot in November 2022 after a whirlwind courtship that itself attracted significant public attention. Their marriage lasted just over 15 months before Porsha filed for divorce in February 2024.

With the settlement now finalised, Porsha leaves the union with the Atlanta property, more than $1.5 million in reimbursed equity, the Rolls-Royce Ghost, and additional funds Simon agreed to pay as part of their overall agreement.
