West Hills Mall manager arrested for blocking road to China Mall with rocks

The Visa Divisional Police Command arrested two men for throwing stones at the entrance to a Chinese shopping mall in Visa.

James Mensa, 42, local manager and Samuel Annam Adji, 44, contractor for two West Hills shopping malls.

Visa police received a shocking call from a security guard at a Chinese shopping mall around 2 p.m. Saturday, October 30. Some people bring garbage trucks and throw stones at the gates of a Chinese mall.

Police arrived at the scene and confirmed the report. Police immediately arrested the two suspects as they tried to flee the scene.
