A kind Nigerian man, @ositapopcorn, who blesses strangers to help their living conditions, has spoken to a struggling man.

The poor man showed his dilapidated house and said he pays N1,500 (GH¢14.98) monthly rent for the space.

A big part of the roof was gone, and light shone into the apartment through different crevices in a video.

The man had a makeshift bathroom some metres away from his house. The man said he earns N10k (GH¢99.86) monthly from his firewood business and would instead not steal.

After @ositapopcorn was done interviewing him, he gifted the man N50k (GH¢499). Many Nigerians wondered who was charging him a ridiculous amount for such a dirty place.

Tenant who pays GH¢100 rent buys air conditioner, landlord vows to eject him

Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh earlier reported that a Ghanaian man who pays GH¢100 monthly rent had upset his landlord after he installed an air conditioner in his room.

In a video, the landlord is baffled after realizing that his tenant paid GH¢2,400 for two years of rent but has been able to buy an AC worth GH¢4,500.

Netizens who thronged the comment section accused the man of being a jealous landlord.
