Controversial Germany-based Ghanaian blogger Adwenpahene passed away on April 4, 2025, leaving behind his wife and five children.
According to a close friend and colleague, Oheneba Media, he died from complications of high blood pressure, which he had battled for six years before his death.
During his life, Adwenpahene was known for his controversial takes on Ghanaian politics and his staunch support for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate, John Dramani Mahama, during the 2024 elections.
Adwenpahene's funeral was held on April 17 and was attended by Appiah Stadium and his close friend and associate, Kwame Ahenfie.

Adwenpahene’s wife praises Appiah Stadium
In a video seen by YEN.com.gh on Becky’s TikTok page, she announced that Appiah Stadium informed her that he was en route to Germany to visit her late husband’s grave.
The late blogger’s widow expressed awe that Appiah Stadium was travelling all the way from Ghana just to see her late husband.
Becky opened up about many actions that Appiah Stadium had taken since her husband’s death, which showed her that he truly cared about their friendship.
She stated that Appiah Stadium constantly called her to check on her and her children, and also helped financially and in many other ways.
Becky noted that the love and support Appiah Stadium showed her, even after her husband’s passing, has impressed her and made her realise he is a very loyal person.
