In a video spotted by YEN.com.gh, the Ghanaian lady, identified as Amanda, publicly praised the current administration after reportedly receiving a passport within days of her application.

She began her reaction video by reiterating that she doesn't normally involve herself in or comment on political matters, but would make an exception for just this one case because she was delighted to see progress and a deviation from the past.

She pointed out that in the past, it would have taken about three months to receive a passport, but in her recent experience, she applied for passports for her sister's children, and was amazed to have the passports delivered within just three days free of charge.

In her words:

"Me, Amanda, I don't do politics. But there's one thing this government is doing right. Before, when you go to get a passport, even after three months, you would go, and it's not ready. But then, I did the passport for my sister's kids. Within three days, they delivered the passport for free."

Impressed by this efficiency, she declared that President John Mahama is working towards the betterment of the country. She also asserted that the current administration is the kind of government the people of Ghana need.

She was so pleased with the change that she suggested the government deserves "another 10 years" in power. It is important to note that President John Mahama is ineligible to vie for another term. It appeared as though, the lady was not aware of this fact.

The lady concluded by reiterating that she was simply speaking the truth based on her positive experience and asked people not to attack her for her views.

She said:

"This government is doing something right. I don't do politics, but... oh, President, you're doing it right, why lie? This government deserves, I think, another 10 years, because this is the kind of leadership we need in Ghana. I don't do politics, but something is going on right in this country, and the system is changing. Please don't come for me, oh, but I've said the truth."
