A Kenyan man in the United Kingdom has celebrated after reuniting with his wife and mother of his child six months after he relocated for further studies.
Kelvin Kipkurui, who hails from Londiani in Kericho county, left Kenya in December 2023, just months after marrying his wife.
Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, his close friend Edwin Maiyo posted a heartwarming video of their reunion and narrated that the two lovers have been in a relationship since 2018.
"Kelvin moved to the UK in December to further his studies. Our friendship with Kelvin's family started in Kenya, and he later joined me in the UK. They have been in a relationship since 2018 and got their first baby boy in 2022. They finally got married in 2023 before Kelvin relocated to the UK in December 2023," Edwin said.

He said the lovebirds were thrilled at the airport in the United Kingdom after reuniting after six months apart.
"They are thankful to God for reuniting them," he said.
Kelvin welcomes wife in UK
In a viral video he shared on TikTok, Kipkurui was captured eagerly waiting for Patricia with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. He was in the company of his friends.
As soon as she arrived, they were locked in a minutes-long heartwarming hug as Kipkurui welcomed her to the United Kingdom.
