The grandma, however, revealed to her granddaughter that she hadn't even got his name as she was too shy to ask him.

Who is Ernestine's lover?

As it turned out, the man in question was 79-year-old Moses Cusse, a grandfather of two and a carpenter.

The lovebirds walked down the aisle at Alpha and Omega church in Richmond, Virginia, in front of 55 guests.

Michelle, who Ernestine raised, praised the granny for finding love and starting to live like she had a purpose

"I couldn't believe it, she has struggled with depression for years, and to see her bounce back was amazing," the customer service agent continued.

How long did Ernestine and Moses date?

Ernestine and her new love quickly established a relationship, speaking daily and spending time together.

What was Ernestine's reaction to her viral wedding?

The couple held their marriage ceremony at their local church in Richmond, with Michelle's video of the event going viral on TikTok.

"I'm not sure what viral means, but after seeing all the love and support, I knew God was behind it," Ernestine chimed.

Ernestine and Michelle donned matching pink dresses for the event that the granddaughter described as a "dream wedding".

After the ceremony, the couple held a reception at the church, after which Ernestine immediately moved into Moses' house.
