"Out of the 7-6 ethnic groups in Ghana, only one ethnic group speak Twi. The radio or TV station‘s target audience is Ghanaians and not just Akans, hence English is necessary. Which ethnic group will allow another ethnic group to be used as the official language in the country? Those other countries that do not have English or French as their official language have just one language in the whole country."

"The audacity of asking, 'Are you not a Ghanaian?'. Twi is not mandatory. English is an official language; however, if you don’t understand, just be polite and let the person know that you’re unable to speak or understand it. Just be respectful and nice."
