Journalist reacts to Abronye's Lordina attack
In a chat with YEN.com.gh, Ghanaian writer and author Vanessa Bless Nordzi pushed back on Abronye's attack on Lordina Mahama.
"Abronye should spend his energy on strategising about how to get his party back in power. At least, after his "jail term", I expected him to gather his people and do a proper examination about their silly antics, which have led them to their current predicament. His continued attack on the NDC, especially the First Lady, is only going to make them remain in opposition for a long time to come," she said.
Abronye speaks about time in jail
Previously, YEN.com.gh reported that Abronye opened up about the gruelling ordeal he faced during his time in jail.
In a broadcast on Ohia TV, Abronye claimed that police officers demanded his phone and questioned him about 15 houses and two companies that he owned.
He vowed that despite the police using interrogation and intimidation tactics against him, he was not going to be silent about the 'evil' deeds of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) government.
