Moments after the death of Dancehall singer, Ebony Reigns, the Leader of True Word Prophetic Fire Ministry (TWPFM), Prophet Nigel Gaisie is claiming he predicted the sad fate of the musician.

He says he made the prediction on live radio on November 24, 2017 but Ebony failed to come and see him for prayers.

The singer's Jeep with registration AS 497—16 collided head-on with a VIP bus going the opposite way, after her driver tried to swerve a heap of sand in their path.

While the driver reportedly survived, two others in the car, Ebony's friend, Franky Kuri and a soldier, died alongside the singer.

In Facebook post on Friday morning, Prophet Gaisie who preaches regularly on Accra-based Vision 1 FM, claimed that God had revealed the impending deaths of Ebony, and veteran musician, Kaakyire Kwame Appiah to him.

According to him, while Kaakyire Kwame Appiah came to see him for prayers, Ebony did not.

"I was led to give this prophecy on LIVE RADIO thus Ebony and Kaakyrie Kwame Appiah will die before the end of February 2018....Kwame Appiah came to see me and we prayed against it!sad EBONY IS GONE JUST AS I SAID IT ON 24Noverber2017!!!!Take PROPHECY SERIOUS.....”Restoration VIGILE’09/02/2018!.....’Warning gory images’", he posted.

Prophet Gaisie's claim has however divided opinions on social media.

While a section of Ghanaians confirmed he had indeed made the prediction, others blatantly refused to accept his claim.

Diana thought Prophet Gaise was a great man of God.

Ben asked for forgiveness for doubters of the Prophet.

And this one warned against insulting the Prophet.

Naa claims to have hgeard the prophecy on radio.

But Cindy thought Prophet Gaisie wanted more 'business'
