Asempa FM presenter Nana Akua Acheampomaa Sarfo-Adu has been trending in the news after her outbursts over a video of former President John Mahama weeding around his area.

Mahama, as earlier reported by YEN.com.gh, on Saturday, November 9, 2019, organised his security detail to clear weeds around the new military cemetery in Accra.

While many praised Mahama for his selflessness, Acheampomaa who felt Mahama did the weeding to gain sympathy from Ghanaians decided to blast him.

Speaking on her Kanewu show, the Asempa FM presenter told off Mahama saying: "why didn't he [Mahama] go the Awudome cemetery? why didn't he take cutlass to weed but used mower? Ghanaians, they think we're fools. Politicians think we're blind and deaf. They think Ghanaians are dumb like them," she said.
