Ghana's Highest rapper, Sarkodie, was the ultimate winner at 2020's edition of 3Music Awards which came off on Saturday, May 2, 2020.

The ceremony saw the rapper claiming most of the awards on the night.

This year's 3Music Awards was held without an audience, due to the spread of COVID-19.

The Tema-based rapper grabbed five awards beating the likes of Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Samini, and others.

Sarkodie won the awards for Hiphop/Hiplife Act of the Year, as well as the Music Man of the Year.

His song with Efya titled Saara also emerged as the Best Collaboration of the Year, while he also won Best Rap Performance with his song ‘Who Da Man’.

Sarkodie’s SarkNation also beat off stiff competition from Stonebwoy’s Bhim Nation, and Shatta Wale’s Shatta Movement to win the Fan Army of the Year.

Shatta Wale who won eleven awards in 2019, only went home with one award this time, while Stonebwoy snatched the Reggae/Dancehall Artist of the Year.

Nevertheless, it was a successful programme, which saw some performances and deserved winners.

Meanwhile, Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, has said that there are some Ghanaian artistes that he enjoys listening to a lot.

According to the Ghanaian business mogul, anytime he hears a song from these artistes, he gets excited.

In an interview on YFM and monitored by YEN.com.gh, Kennedy Agyapong listed his top five musicians he loves to listen to.
