Who is KK Fosu? Kaakyire Kwame Fosu was born on February 14, 1981, in Ghana to Samuel Kwamena and Akua Addotei. He is 39 years old today. The celebrated Ghanaian artist started music at a very tender age with a junior school choir while he was in secondary school. Fosu was also part of the school's drama group.

KK Fosu background is quite interesting. The musician first came to Accra, Ghana looking for a source of livelihood and took up barbering. As he was working as a barber, he got a chance to join Soundz Unlimited Jazz Band, a platform he used to launch his musical career.

Because of this, he started working on projects of established artists such as Papa Shot, Mr. Borax, Deeeba and many others. He produced his debut, Adwen after his manager introduced him to Mr. Richard Holbrok of Lowdown records.

This debut established him as one of the most influential musicians in Ghana, and he has taken part in many music projects ever since. KK Fosu has even won the Ghana Music Award for his song Adwen (Suu dwe suu dwe) that he teamed up with Batman and Kokovelli.

One of the most interesting things about KKF Fosu is that he can manipulate his vocal cords to sound liken an R&B artist. This capability allows him to take part in different music genres and appeal to an even bigger audience.

His wife’s name is Ewoenam and has been by his side for a very long time. The artist enjoys peace of mind by keeping a low profile, away from the eyes of the controversy-seeking tabloids.
