- Bulldog appears to have been sidelined from appearing on United Showbiz programme on UTV
- The new edition of the show has different panelists without him, one who has appeared on the show since its inception
- A Plus, Kofi Asamoah, and Arnold Baidoo, alongside Mzbel, are the panelists for the new edition
- Bulldog being benched results from his threats on President Akufo-Addo and subsequent arrest and release
Bulldog has been suspended from appearing on the United Showbiz programme after his arrest and subsequent release from prison.
Though this has not been officially confirmed by UTV, the new flyer designed for the latest edition of the show has his name taken out from the list of panelists.
He used to be one who appeared on the show at all time since it was introduced, while the other panelists were rotated.
This time, musicians A Plus, Mzbel, actor Kofi Asamoah, and entertainment critic, Arnold Asamoah Baidoo.
It may also be a temporary decision by the producers of the show as simply Bulldog was unavailable since he has to pass some time in prison.
He had threatened President Akufo-Addo on the previous edition of the show that if he failed to pay Menzgold customers, he would not finish his four-year term.
He was immediately picked up by the National Intelligence Bureau (NIB) for investigations.
Bullgod has, since his release from prison, highly praised the personnel of the NIB and Ghana Police Service for their professionalism.
He had earlier maligned the police when he said that his 9-month-old son was wiser than the police.
Bulldog said he was manhandled by the police which involved the late Fennec Okyere, Kwaw Kese’s manager.
According to him, the police did not do due diligence into the issue before laying hands on him.
To him, the treatment meted out to him by the police was not the best, hence, his conclusion that his 9-month-baby is wiser.
Meanwhile, some Ghanaians have reacted to his arrest by saying it was very necessary to help him check his utterances about the president.
