Two amazing lovebirds who have been together for 12 years have finally walked down the aisle in a beautiful and grand ceremony that has got social media talking.

The groom identified as Rell Onyekachi shared photos of himself and his bride on Facebook and captioned them:

"12 YEARS OF PLATONIC RELATIONSHIP.
"It started like every other school love stories: from letter writing to text messages, now Husband and Wife.
"She never asked for urgent 2k, He never pressured for s*x. On 5th January 2021, they walked down the aisle."

Social media users flooded the comment section of the post to congratulate the couple.

The young lady with the Twitter handle @BolanleBanwo noted that getting married to her best friend is the best feeling ever.

Bolanle shared a loved-up photo of herself and her husband and tweeps flooded the comment section of her post to wish her a happy married life.

Despite the pandemic that halted many activities in Nigeria and around the world, couples in the country are going ahead with the wedding plans as they cannot wait to spend their forever together.
