Nothing sparks regret more than missing the person you once took for granted. A young South African man with the Twitter handle, @IamPakoMolema recently took to the app to share some relationship advice with his followers about love and relationships after he lost his wife because of his own mistakes.

"On a serious note though. I missed my ex-wife deeply yesterday. I realised I'd probably keep on missing her for the rest of my life. I hope people in good relationships don't mess up as I did. It is hard to come to terms with that kind of messing up. To all who had kind words. I thank you from the bottom of my heart," he wrote in the heartbreaking and heartfelt post.

"Karma is still going to deal with you, missing her deeply is nothing. Wait until you see her glowing, happy, and gorgeous you'll feel pain. As if that's enough, wait until you see her new husband, you'll try to compare yourself with him and you'll die from inside out."

@Mabongilesi said:

"You just reminded me of a male colleague who recently went through a divorce. He's always the 1st to arrive & last, to leave at work, he's so miserable and tell us to appreciate our spouses because he lost his wife over some "2 minutes" happiness."

"As long as you are still breathing, I believe that you can fight for her (thats if she hasn't moved on). Prove it to her that you are ready for commitment this time and the rest will remain in the past."

In other relationship news, there was a mild drama at an undisclosed restaurant somewhere in Africa when a young man crashed a date between his girlfriend and another man. Decked in traditional attire, the young man walked into the restaurant and approached his girlfriend to retrieve the items he bought for her.

The items included her straight hair wig, phone, and shoes. Despite the lady's protests, the man ensured he collected the items. The other man with whom the lady was having a date watched as the drama unfolded but decided that there was no point in staying back.

Nigerians on Twitter have reacted to this development. Tweep with the handle @VictorIsrael_ wrote:

"This King must be really Hurt. That Bone straight hair cost about 300k. If he earns 80k a month & saves 30k monthly, that means he gave up his 10 months savings to buy her that hair. What did he get in return? This king won't trust women again. Let’s remember him in our prayers."
