The Notorious BIG passed away on 9 March, 1997. The legendary US rapper's fans took to social media to remember him on his death anniversary.

Biggie was fatally shot in Los Angeles California. He was one of the greatest rappers at the time of his shooting. The superstar was signed to Diddy's Bad Boy record label.

BIG's fans from across the globe took to Twitter to share their tributes and fond memories of the late musician. Even though he died 24 years ago, some of his songs are still on high rotation on radio in some parts of the world and the US.

Cardi B took to Instagram to thank her fans for their support and for buying the song. She wrote:
