A livid female Shatta Movement fan has been seen in a video dishing it out hot to YouTuber and content creator Kwadwo Sheldon for taking a swipe at Shatta Wale.
In the video sighted by YEN.com.gh, the loyal Shatta Movement (SM) fan was seen in what looked like a bedroom and was giving a piece of her mind to Sheldon.
According to her, Kwadwo Sheldon was looking to ride on Shatta Wale to revive his dead career and she went on to use unprintable words on him.
The fair lady who would have none of what Kwadwo Sheldon was saying about Shatta Wale, said the content creator was only looking for hype.
She went on by saying she just could not fathom why Kwadwo Sheldon would dare insult the Hajia Bintu crooner.
The lady's rant follows Sheldon's take on why some Ghanaian artistes would not be able to make it to revered stages like the Grammys.
Kwadwo Sheldon was of the view that Ghanaian artistes were always producing sub-standard songs and were not investing in their work to ensure they get global recognition.
Sheldon then turned his guns on Shatta Wale and said songs such as "Hajia Bintu" cannot contest for honours on platforms such as the Grammys.
Speaking about musicians, YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Ghanaian musician, Terry Asare Boamah, popularly known as Dada Hafco has commented on the treatment Ghanaians give to the highlife genre of Ghana music.
The musician took to Facebook to share his frustration at the way highlife musicians are treated and wondered why and how that was the case.
He recounted how sometimes even the gatekeepers of the media see highlife musicians like “villagers or kolo.”
