Scott Arceneaux Jr. from $uicideboy$ started his career in 2013. His love for music began when he was eight years with a particular interest in the rap genre of music. The young DJ started idolizing musical rap artists like Shawty Redd, Lil Wayne, and Gucci Mane. To also help develop his rap skills, he started listening to the likes of T-pain and Kanye West.

Suicide Christ interest in DJ stuff peaked when his parents gifted him a turntable set. His parents were motivated to do that after noticing his love for Deejaying and songwriting. After developing himself so well as a DJ, he started doing mixtapes for local rap artists, and at the age of 19, Scott started producing music.

Suicide Christ turning point came in 2014 when he collaborated with Aristos Petrou, nicknamed Ruby Day Chery, his cousin, to start $uicideboy$ music band. Scott Arceneaux Jr produced songs, including Kill Yourself Part 1 and The Suicide Saga with Aristos.

They collaborated with popular underground rappers, including Bones and Black Smurf, to produce a mixtape titled Gray/Grey. Also, the group launched other mixtapes and lots of singles that same year and worked with another artist, Pouya, which gave their career a real boost.

Moreover, the two of them went on to sign a contract with G59 Records, under which they released a 21 part series of their song, Kill Your$elf. In 2015, they released numerous EPs, including Black Suicide with Black Smurf, My Liver Will Handle What My Heart Can't, Grey Sheep, and G.R.E.Y.G.O.D.S.

Besides the fact that the latter song premiered on XXL, more than a million people played it within a week of its release.
