Vice-President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has lauded the robotic team from Prempeh College for winning the 2020 virtual Robofest World Championship.
The team, Mikogolf, one of the three from the school that were among the six representatives from Ghana, defeated stiff competition from 21 other contenders in the senior game GolfBowl.
This is the third time Prempeh College has emerged as winners of the competition, having won in 2013 and 2016, a victory that was previously won by the team from Opoku Ware Senior High School in 2018 and subsequently by Mamfe Methodist Girls' Senior High School in 2019.
