G/R: Abeka Junction accident captured in video as injured passengers rush from crashed vehicles

An accident involving an Uber vehicle and a bus at Abeka Junction, opposite the building housing Despite Media in Accra, has been captured on camera.

The crash occurred on Sunday, May 9 in front of SIMPEK, a fashion shop at Abeka Junction, causing a heavy traffic jam.

There has been no report of any casualty, however, passersby moving along that area stopped at the accident scene to help the victims after one of the vehicles overturned.

The clip also shows confusion at the accident scene.

Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh previously reported an accident involving a speeding trotro and a bus whose driver was equally on top speed was captured on camera.

The drivers of the vehicles were videoed driving on top speed from different directions of an intersection before the trotro driver crashed into the side of the bus, causing a heavy traffic jam.

It is not clear whether the traffic lights on that stretch of the road was functioning at the time the accident occurred.

In a separate story, actor Rahim Banda has given his fans a glimpse into his romantic life as he poses with his pretty girlfriend in recent photos.

Taking to his Instagram page to share the snaps with his over 72,000 followers, the 20-year-old actor wrote: ''As we approach Eid. I find it necessary to show love to your bombers...I love you okay?❤️. Please start tagging your bombers. Life no easy.''
