Rapper Medikal has advised conveners and supporters of the #FixTheCountry campaign to be intentional and specific regarding their demands to the government.
This, he believes will lead to better and systematic solutions to the many problems impeding the development of the country.
Over the past week, Ghanaians have been protesting virtually against the government led by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo over social and developmental issues in the country.
"We all want the country fixed, but what and what exactly?" tweeted the La Hustle hitmaker.
His tweet generated some comments from his followers and other social media users.
Baffoe suggested that there is no need for specifics since the system is rigged: "You come USA dey buy fake stuff then you dey tell the people what to demand ... what specifics do you want the people to talk about. The system is rigged and they want it to be fixed"
Christopher Banks added: "They should fix all the problems...we can fix this country within 6months chale. Together we can...we got all the resources to fix this country #FixTheCountryNow #FixGhana:
Gabriel Amoako commented that basic needs top the priority list: "Good roads.Stable electricity.Affordable rent for all.Abundant food at cheap prices. We’re not asking for much, just the f basic things"
